How long does the Oath Ceremony?

Do you guys know how long does the oath ceremony?
i'm thinking to bring my kids, but one of my kids still learning to go potty.
So i just want to make sure the ceremony is not that long, if it is I will find some other way.

I will appreciate any information.
 
It should only take no longer than 1 hour, my wife had her done and it depends what kind of cermony. Some can take 5 mins others a little bit longer but I never heard anyone who was more than 1 hour.:D
 
They would save so much time and money if they just had you go to any courthouse and take the oath in front of a judge, get a receipt of that, and send it in for your naturalisation certificate, no? Isn't that a possibility?

I guess it does...

Some centers also do the oath on the back of the interview... so that saves time and the anxiety as well.
 
My oath ceremony (in Brooklyn) took 4 hours from start to finish (8:30am-12:30pm). Apparently that's the norm for that site.
