how long does it take to renew emp authorisation?

applied for it on the 3 sep and today i got my biometerics app letter and the receipt. the biometrics is for the 23 of sept

from what I hear its 2-3 months you can do an early walkin biometrics to speed things up

There is no renewal for EAD. it's the same process as initially applied last time, so expect the same waiting time as the last time you got EAD.
