How long does it take to receive the phisical card after approval?

It seems Dallas people are get card pretty fast. I did my Stamping on 16 Jan at Houston and still my status says approved. Mine is VSC. Does any one know from where the card is mailed?
 
Card mailed

My status just changed to card mailed.

Stamping done at Dallas - Feb 6, 2003
Card ordered - Feb 11, 2003
Card mailed - Feb 17, 2003

My wife's still shows that 485 has been approved.

HI Yellow Knight,

I am planning to go for stamping at Charlotte, NC soon.
However i am not sure if i should go the office at Tyvola Rd.
My approval notice has a Woodlawn Rd. address which was where the old INS office was located.

Can u clarify?

Card received yesterday in the mail 11 days after stamping passport at the Dallas office. They are very fast !!
