How long does it take on Avg for RFE to Approval

I talked to my attorney & she said she will start a email enquiry today since its 60 days since USCIS received my RFE response.

What are RFE's typically about ?

I see posts where people got BC RFE's: what do those entail?

My status changed to RFE mailed Jan 13th and Iam trying to think what it could possibly be.

EB2, Concurrent, 485 ND: dEC 2002, FP2: Aug 2004, recent LUD changes: 01/11/05(no change in msg), 01/12 (no change in msg), 01/14/05 (rfe mailed)
PhD Mechanical Engg working in the same field still, I hope they dont question if this falls in EB2?
