Hi,
I passed the interview today in Garden city, new york.
The whole process was quick, only took 20 minutes. But waited for 2.5 hours for the oath letter.
My date for Oath ceremony is Dec 10, 2009 in Booklyn at 8:30am
My question is that anyone know how long does it take for the whole ceremony finish? I have to teach a class at 2:10pm in Queens. I would like to know if I can make it or not or maybe a little bit late, then I can let my students know in advance.

Thanks.

You'll be done by 12:30 or so.

Depends on the number of people assigned to attend. There were about 75 at my ceremony and it took about 2 hours from the official beginning time. I think, you have every chance to make it to your class. Good luck!

Take it easy, as I know people sitting around me all pass the interview, because I saw most of them sit with me in the waiting room for Oath Letter. Of course, some took a long time stay in an officer's room, as I know that's all because the officer review their docs very carefully, as for myself it really took about 15 or 20 minutes to get approval. And The officer ask me only 3 questions, and read a very simple question sentence, and write dowm the answer.Anyway, mine is pretty soomthly...
Just don't worry too much.....
