How long can one stay out of US on AP???

Hello guys,

I am planning for short trip to India... Just wondering how long one could stay outside of US while travelling on Advance Parole... My 485 is transferred to Local Office in Philly for an interview so i guess i will not run into the risk of having it approved while i am abroad..Any comments ???....

as long as ur ap is not expired.

----- they will send Interview notice for Interview, have some one to look at notice and interview date, try to be back so that you can attend interview ( if you are out of US then let your lawyer reschedule the interview date but once reschedule it takes a long time.
----- you can come back with valid AP before it expires
