How good are they

They were pretty good in my case. Reported change of address 11/3, website updated 11/23, and some time this week received a letter confirming change of address.
 
Not good in my case. Took several attempts. Until you get the notice from them about the address change, assume it hasn't gone through...

They were pretty ok in my case. Changed within 2 weeks or so but for my wife took numerous calls and about 3 months. God Bless the USPS guys who kept her docs safely CIS sent my wife's EAD and FP notice to old address.
