Guys, I am really paranoid this 1 mistake could potentially ruin my bid for a US citizenship.

I was arrested once when I was a juvenile (7 years ago) for helping to commit fraud and identity theft. I was by no stretch the mastermind behind the operation, merely a pion, but this is no place to discuss my involvement or lack thereof. I just need to know how I'm supposed to best answer this crucial set of questions (as honestly and as accurately as possible)

15. NO.

16. I am not sure what this means. officers did bust into my house and took me in for questioning upon which I was released because I cooperated.

17. I guess the answer is yes? I only did 1 year of probation and community service, I never went to juvenile detention or anything like that.

18. Same with 17, how do I answer this?

19. Questions 19 and 20 are very similar. I did 1 year of probation and about 30hrs of community service.

20. see 19, how do I respond?

21. NO.

Court Documents: Do I need to send all relevant documents with my application? or do I bring them to the interview once I get it?

This is my only arrest ever, never got as much as a speeding ticket up to this day.

Any input on this would be highly appreciated ! Thank you.

15. Depends on if you ever committed a serious crime for which you weren't arrested.

16. You mentioned you were arrested as a juvenile, so what's the confusion about the question?

17. If you had 1 year of probation, you were formally charged and convicted.

18. You were convicted if you had probation as a sentence.

19.If your probation was part of alternative type of sentence, you would answer YES. Otherwise, NO.

20. YES since you were on probation.

21. NO since you never went to jail.

Provide copies of court documents with application.Bring originals to interview.
