How can i get the tracking number

My status says card production
On sept 27 we mailed to you a document.
I just called the 1800 she told me yes the document was sent on sept,27. But she dont know if it is a card or just letter. And she said there was no tracking number.
Is she telling me the truth. I taught they send it with tracking number.

Did you get an e-mail about the card?
 
After we were approved on the 23rd of September we received an email that they had ordered card production on our GC and they had sent us a letter. We received the letter the next week and then received the GC a week after that. The letter just states that you have been approved for the GC and its also a Welcome Letter. Keep in mind that when you call the 1800 number they are just frontline phone reps and they see what we see what is posted online so they are not much help.

We never received a tracking number for our GC as well. The GC just showed up in our mailbox two weeks later.
 
I Spoke to the second level customer service. She said there letter mailed on sept 27 . She asked for my last ssn and my full name.
