my father is married for 3 years to a citizen. my father, myself(20 years old) and my sister(17 years old) just got our 10 years greencard. how long do we have to wait in order to apply for citizenship

When did your father get his GC? He can get his citizenship 3 years after the GC date. For you and your sister, I think you all can apply together unless you turn 21 before that date, then you have to wait for 5 years.

No, automatic naturalization can only happen if they are minors (ie. under 18). They will need to apply after 5 years, unless they are married to a US citizen for 3 years.

we just got the green cards a month ago. my father married the u.s citizen for 3 years before we got the green cards. we still have to wait 5 years to apply for citizenship?

your Father has to wait three years from date he got his green card if still married to the SAME us citizen and five years if divorced. You 20 year old must wait 5 years or join army if you want it sooner. Your sister 17 also waits five years unless your father gets citizenship before she turns 18 or she joins the army.
