How can I get a work permit with B2??Please

I got in the U.S a week ago with a B2 visa and I got a job offer what I want to accept but I don't think I can go for a H1-B beacuse I don't have a bachelor diploma, well I don't need that for the position.I know the companys president thru my mom and I got a sponsor here who I live with now.
So what are my posibbilities in this case?

B2s are not eligible for a work permit. If you do not have a degree your chances for a work permit are low.

And what did you say was your reason for coming to the United States when you applied for the visa? 'TOURISM'! What are you doing now? 'SEEKING TO WORK!' One problem: 'TOURISTS DO NOT WORK WHILE ON VACATION'. Therefore you are not a tourist, and probably never intended to be one. COngratulations, you have willfuly misrepresented a material fact and committed an act of fraud against the United States government, just like the 911 high-jackers did. Good job. Your sponser also in trouble if they employ you in B visa.
