No need to live in apts, can have dish network and watch gemini, live in city of choice like Atlanta, Seattle where you can find indian grocery stores and latest movies are screened, form a housewives mafia, play cards on weekends, bring parents from India easyg. get some job easily with a GC.... offocurse it fetches a lot. Thats why rate is high
