Home residency fulfilled. Help!

I was on J-1, and fulfilled my 2-year home country residency requirement. While in the states, I married an American citizen and had a child. We applied for a family-based immigration. She refuses to sponsor me and she wants to get a divorce. Is there any way I can go back to the states? Please help!

if she refuses to sponsor you, you can only get a gc in the remaining categories: a new USC wife, a gc through employment, GC lottery, investment, etc.

Is there any way I can go back to the states? Please help!

You can also get a ‘dual-intent’ visa such as H-1B, L, O-1. But you cannot get a visa in the category B, F, J, M because you had ‘immigrant intent’ in the past.
