High CN (Case Number) not in the last Visa Bulletin August 2015 DV

I would like to appology towards everyone who felt even an inch of insult or revolt in my replies, in fact i was exressing my frustration and despair, i'm the one in fault here and i should have taken all the precaution and inform myself long enough on the topic. But that was my first time wining so i guess i did my best, thank you again for everything.

Hmmn, we were not feeling insulted by your posts, we totally understand your being disappointed by the turn of events and do indeed feel sorry for you. Our response was simply an attempt at trying to shed more light and help you get a better perspective on the entire process.
