I came to USA as a fulbrighter ( J1visa) and have just changed to F1. Is it possible for me to apply for H1B visa or GC? Is it possible to get a waiver if i get married to a USA citizen? What documents are required to apply for a waiver under marriage condition? many thanks!

There is some info on this forum about waivers for Fulbrighters. The waiver is very difficult to get since there is government money involved. There is no "marriage condition." Marriage to a USC is not enough of a reason to get a hardship waiver since your wife can accompany you to your home country during your 2 years. You can try the no objection route, but its very difficult.
