Hi,
I have read all the FAQ's relating to my problem. But I didn't find any exact to my problem. The problem is..
Myself and My husband are working in the same company. He is in US on L1. I got L2 and now in US along with him. I want to work in US for the same company. My questions are..
1. Can I apply for EAD and conversion of L2 to L1 at the same time??
2. If my L2 is converted to L1 and also I get EAD can I cancel the EAD??
