My company will shut down by end of march and I just applied my I-485 / EAD one and half month ago.

Question:
1. Why will the INS official send RFE if they don\'t know this information (unless the company report this. My case is handled by own lawer, not the company lawer)?
2. Can I start to work immediately once I get my EAD card? (even if it\'s still WITHIN 6-MONTH PERIOD since my submition of 485/EAD application)
3. What kind of infomration should I prepare before We leave the company in case the possible RFE?
4. Anything else you think I should be aware of?

Your help will be highly appreciated.

1. INS transfers some cases randomly to local INS. And in most of the interviews proof of employment with the sponsoring employer is the standard question. It does not hurt to be prepared.
2.Yes you can start working using EAD as soon as you get it.
3. If your lawyer has all the documents like LC application, approval, 140 application and approval and employment offer letter you need not worry.
