B bvganesh Registered Users (C) Feb 19, 2003 #3 It is not mandatory!! I had applied for H4 for my wife recently (Jan 10th). Didn't give I-134, if that helps!! But is ok to submit I-134, if you prefer to provide additional document. Cheers, Ganesh.
