Yes, a positive Hep B test may affect your immigration chances and you probably will need a waiver. Will this affect US immigration?
In the process of filing I-485 and medical exam. Hep B positive for many many many years, but no symptom at all. Because of this, I cannot take Hep B vaccination. Will this affect US immigration?
Thanks,
Hepatitis B is a required vaccination.
But apparently they won't deny your immigration case if you have the disease itself.
