Am due for my neutralization but married outside the u.s to a Nigerian divorcee with a baby.
Am i eligible for the naturalization having met all requirement while my husband is still in Nigeria?.

If you're applying under 5 year rule, the location of your husband does not affect your eligibility for naturalization.
