Hi,

I just received and RFE for SSA earnings statement that shows that I've earned 40 credits. The problem is that this was sent in with my I-485 package already. They probably lost it. But I have a copy of it.
Do anyone think that they will give me a hard time when I resend the copy
of it.

What is a SSA earning statement? I have not sent this as part of my I485 package? Is this a mandatory document that needs to be sent?

I'm amazed that USCIS would request this. SSA sends you a statement every year listing your contributions thus far, and expected benefits.

No, it is a family based green card, and the reasond USCIS is asking for my
earnings statement is, I am filing I-864W form.
