Hello:

I am currently employed in my brothers firm. I am the only employee. We are doing very well and have completed projects for prestigious firms.

I would like to apply for green card. I have a masters degree from india and another master degree in US.

Is PERM EB2 my only option?

Will I encounter any problem because I am employed with my brother?

Please share your experience/comments.

If your sibling is 100% owner , you may face problem. Is it a sole owner ship firm, LLC or Corp?

My brother is 100% owner of the company.
It is a LLC - with emphasis on IT.

Is there any other channel through which I can apply (or) is PERM the onmly option?

PERM is the only option. If his company makes lot of profit, still he can apply for you
