Help with receiving EAD card from OPT application

My OPT was approved at Aug 30th and a card should be received within 14 days, but I still haven't received it. I am worrying it may get lost. Called USCIS and rep said I need reapply, what's the best I can do? I got a work to statr in two weeks.

do they have a correct address? it could have been approved, but it takes a week or so to print the card and then mail it.
