help with I485 RFE..

Hi,

this is for my friend.
He applied GC for himself + his wife and kid.

Now he and his wife got the GC but they got the RFE on kid's application.
When they got the GC, his wife and kid were in india. This RFE is regarding missing medical examination, In RFE he is asked to respond by 16'th July.

Is there any other option except calling his family back from india ??

There are civil surgeon all over the world with there signature accepted by USCIS. Check the immigration website to know the assigned one there.
