help with I-730

i was granted asylum in 04 single. then in 05 I went nairobi and married
then came back to us and filed I-730 for my wife now a friend told me
they will denied it. any one has seen like this case

yep they will deny it , the marriage should have happen before your Asylum Granted

when you become US citizen, you can fill another petition for her.

They have to deny it because she does not qualify.

You can file an I-130 once you are a green card holder--that process will take over five years though.
