Help with Dv lottery, what if my husband is already resident?

Hi there,

I wanted to fill in lottery application for myself, but since i said that i am married,
there was page to fill in for my husby too, but since he is already resident what should i do?
There is no other form, i mean without that page, so do i have to upload his photo to and fill in data for him too?
Confused....

Just fill his details, if you win, you will notify KCC a bout your spouse's status, then they will schedule an interview for you only.
 
Here's the deal......read the instructions carefully......it says that you don't need to include your spouse or children if they already are perm. residents.
 
You still need to include your spouse, even though he is LPR or US citizen.
If he is an LPR, he also could submit an entry. If he is a citizen, he cannot

But if you indicate that u are married you get another page for your spouse. She has nothing to loose by giving the details of the spouse.

The instructions state the following, so you do need to include your spouse even if he/she is a permanent resident.

On your entry you must list your spouse (husband or wife) and all unmarried children under 21 years of age, with the exception of children who are already U.S. citizens or Legal Permanent Residents.

I read about children, they say that i should not include them if they are residents or citizens,
but they do not say that about husband, that is why i am confused...

They did not say that. You could still include them, even though it is not necessary. Spouse has to be included.
