I had my Interview for naturalization done on 07/02/2010 in Dallas/Irving and passed. I got an oath letter scheduled for 08/13/2010 at 08:30 AM. But on 07/15/2010 received I 797C, Notice of Action indicating that "We had to cancel the previously scheduled Oath ceremony on Friday, 13, 2010. We regret any inconvenience caused. We will advise you of further action taken on this case, including any rescheduled interview information under separate notice".
Not sure why my oath got postponed. Any one received similar notification for Dallas Oath Ceremony for 08/13/2010? What should be my next step? Any information or suggestions are highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Don't worry, you'll get a new OL. Sometimes an oath gets canceled for whatever reason.
If you don't receive another OL within 45 days, schedule Infopass for an update.

Talked to 2nd level customer service using the 800#. Their database still shows that I'm scheduled for an Oath on 08/13/2010 but the letter said otherwise . I'm confused. Any suggestions?

Thanks

The USCIS system database may not reflect the canceled oath, but you will receive a new oath date in due time. Again, schedule an Infopass if you don't hear anything within 45 days.
