Help Urgent

I need advices for my friend.
He need to Transfer H1 to different company. But his original company has been closed but they do not give him pay stub. But he does in desi way. He bears all taxes.
Now he wants to join another company. Would that company upon joining asked last 2 or 3 paystub. If yes then I do not have it. Or what is the best way to do it.
He want to have job ,He found a good job now after 6 months.
Or may be join any company like wipro,TCS etc. So how would he do it? Would they ask 2-3 paystub.
Or is this end of his life..

Any help is appreciated.

Dear, at this time BCIS has zero tolerance policy they will need recent 2-3 pay stubs for H1 transfer or they may approve it as NEW H1 and extended I-94 may not be attached, if that happens he should exit US get H1 visa stamp and enter on H1 and should get new I-94 with H1 status. If his consulate in India is Chennai he may face problems to get visa stamped as they are verifying each and every information related to the candidate and employer

his consulate would be Mumbai.
But he does files his W2 every year(since 3 yrs). So you mean can I ask him to hav pay stub generated every month. So that he can have his visa's transfer. Now would that be taken as'If say he starts from this month then he can have pay stub for atleast 3 months and then can have H1 transfer".?
Also he is going to have H1 extended applied by sept. As his H1(irst 3 yrs) is going to exp. in Dec 2003.

---Bombay is much better than Chennai, because from Bombay side people have not submitted fraudulent educational documents in the past to get H1b. I have not read a post in past that Bombay consulate asks for a long list of documents for H1 stamp.
