We (me, my wife and son) applied for I-131 (Advance Parole) after the previous one was expired.
Last time we submited it together with I-485.

I have approval, but my wife and son are not. The letter from INS said:
Request for evidence - form I-131
Evidence of Eligibility: Submit a copy of your approval notice(Form I-797C) for Form I-140, or Form I-30, or Form I-526. If you have field the I-485 as a derivative alien, submit your spouse's or parent;s I797C for his/her I485, AND the I-797 for his/her approved or pending I-140,I-360,I-526

Do I understand this text correctly:

I have to include in the envelop for wife and for my son only :
My I-140 (Notice of Action, approved)
My I-485 (Notice of Action. pending)

You ar correct.
And even if you did send copy of marriage cert before, send it again. Similarly, your son's birth cert copy. Include a checklist with all docs you are sending listed in order.

Yes, the second part of letter contains request for marriage cert and birth cert. I did not mentioned it here, because it is clear for me.

I just worred about first sentence that say "Submit a copy of your approval notice(Form I-797C) for Form I-140...". There is no 'if' condition before it.
My wife (and son) did not apply for I-140. So, I have nothing to send.
Do I need to include note that explains why this document (thier I-140) is not included?

Send your I140copy and the note explaining how they are derivatives. They think that this is a concurrent filing, your note can explain that too.

It clearly says if you are a derivative....
