help please, interview in 3 weeks

Hello to everybody!

Im scheduled for interview this Oct 15. I have 3 questions regarding my situation.

1st) i just realized that i forgot to send my picture in the applications i sent

2nd) i got married last july 2007, and had my name change in terms of SSN card, driver's license and at work..but not in my green card. when i filed my citizenship app last feb 2008, i used my new married name but i included my marriage certificate..will that be a problem?

3rd) i got my gc last July 2002, but i only stayed continously here in california since APRIL 2004. Technically my green card is more than 5 years but my stay is only 4 years and so so...will i get denied because i have not been physically present in this country for 5 years?

1) they will ask you to bring photos (notification letter) maybe to the interview.

2) You will bring all documents to the interview and they will check your information and may update N-400. IO may ask you if you want to keep your last name or change your last name.

3) can you put the timeline?

For example,
July 2002 - got my gc
April 2004 - left USA
May 2005 - returned to USA
June 2006 - applied for returning permit
august 2006 - left usa
august 2007 - returned to usa.
etc.

It would help us understand your timeline and will answer your question.

here's my timeline:
jul 2002- got greencard and stayed in us for a month (i was still in college that time)
april 2003- may 2003- went back again to us, and applied for re-entry permit
BUT in APRIL 2004 - stayed for good here in California and cancelled re-entry permit application
left for 1 month to go to Philippines in 2005 and 3 weeks in 2007...
but never left us since April 2004 for more than 1 month..
since APRIL 2004- worked here in California until present
 
You'll have a chance to bring photos at interview. Other than that you should be fine as USGC485 mentioned.
 
As far as I know the 5 year rule is the more amorphous continuous residence. You actually only have to be physically present for half the time.

im just nervous because someone told me that why did i apply if im not yet here for a full five years....
