Help on my I485 Job change & H4 status for wife

Priority Date: Dec 2002 (EB3)
I-140: Approved.
I-485: Filed in NSC July 2004 (Pending) (Got a RFE in June 2006 & I replied it back in July 2006.)
I-765 (EAD): Valid till July 2007.

I came to the US in Aug 2000 & my 6 years got completed in Aug 2006. I have an approved H1 Extension for 3 years based on my I-140 (not stamped on passport). My wife came to the US in Mar 2006 on H4 & she has an approved H4 Extension for 3 years (not stamped on passport).

I havent attached my wife to my I485.

Now I have a another offer from company B based on my EAD.

What is the procedure to move to company B ?
What will happen to my wifes H4 status ?
Is there a away to keep my wife's status legal even if I move to company B ?

What is the best solution for me ?

Kindly help me.

----------- if your PD was not current then she cant file her I-485

--------------- you should NOT use EAD, if you want to join new employer then let them file H1 transfer and you MUST be on H1 status so that your wife can be on H4 status
What is the procedure to move to company B ?
------------let them file H1 transfer and once papers reach USCIS then one can join or join after you get H1 transfer filing reciept
What will happen to my wifes H4 status ?
----------- you remain on H1 and wife will be on H4 till her I-94 validity. if YOU use EAD then she will NOT be on H4 status and you will NOT be on H1 status.
Is there a away to keep my wife's status legal even if I move to company B ?
------------Maintain H1 status and join new employer with H1 Transfer

Company B wont sponsor H1, I have to take the offer from Company B using my EAD. Is there any other alternate, for my wife to stay in the US for some more time.
