Help on H1 validity

Hi,

I am having a valid visa till oct 2007 and 8 months back i transfered H1 to cmpny B from A.. Due to family reasons I am back in India now and it takes 6 to 7 months to clear all these..
As I am having a valid Visa till oct 2007 can I enter US with that Visa and the H1 with cmpny B
Inputs are invited.
 
You can come back with company A visa, keeping the company B original H1 approvals and supporting paper with you and produce them at the POE.
