**** That is OK, check the form if you filled up correctly, out side of the envelope write in bold “ Form I-539 for H4 status Extension”

*** Keep the copy of all the pakage including copy of Fees Check that you are sending to BCIS with you including cover letter that you are going to attach.

But Ginnu ..
When you go uscis and check for the I-539 page ..the following words are there ...
Where to File: In most instances, you should mail this form to the Service Center having jurisdiction over where you live in the United States.
The application and correct fee should be mailed to the CIS Service Center that serves the area where you are temporarily staying
??? so idealy i am living in California .. so i should send to california service center ..
But my company is in Delaware .and my H1 extension papers came from Vermont Service center ..and the Receipt number follows with *EAC*.. and California Start with *WAC* so if i want to apply for my wife I-539 to ?? What ..
California or Vermont ..
As per you if i send to Vermont .. I am not living in that *AREA*

What do you say ginnu

File with VSC as your H1 was approved by VSC, H4 is based on H1b. if your H1b was approved by CSC then send it to CSC
