help needed for overseas GC interview

Hi All,

I had sponsored my mother and she has her interview in home country next month. NVC has forwarded the case to the consulate there with all the originals needed.

Could somebody guide me what can happen at the interview, what kind of wuestions they can ask?

just a little background, my husband is the co-sponsor as I don't work and stay home with kids.

I would really appreciate any response.

Just a few generic questions. Parents sponsored by US citizen children by far have the easiest interviews in my opinion. At most times, a birth certificate proves the relationship. Nothing else is needed

Thank you. I have one more question. My mother is in Pakistan and she went for her medical yesterday. My mother has high BP and asthma. The doctor seem to be concerned about her High BP and asked her to come back again in a week with all her tests Related to BP and heart. She does not have any heart problem, we do get her checked every year. Do they really check these little things?
