Help needed for H1-B transfer

Folks - I will really appreciate if you could advise me on my situation.

I used to work for company A until October 24th. My last pay stub at Company A is dated 11/01/2006. I started working for company B on October 25th which applied for my H1-B application under normal processing on October 19th at California Service Center. Now I have gotten a job with Company C. My question is if Company C can apply for my H1-B petition with documents (pay stubs, H1-B approval) from Company A or does Company C needs to wait for the approval of the petition filled by Company B before they can file my H1-B petition.

Company C can apply your H1 with referencing your comp A H1 details.
