Help! My NOS is not received yet. Is it lost?

My NOS was sent to DOS by my home country embassy on 2nd of May 2009. It is not received yet by DOS even after 20 days has passed. Is it lost? Is that normal? How many days does it take to DOS to receive a NOS?

The update may take a while (more than one month) but 99.99999% it is received and in your file.
