Help my brother and me to immigrate

Atlast my brother received an e-mail notification about his Dv-2005 interview.
It is someday on April.The second letter are likely to be arrived by mid-March.
But,2 days after receiving the notification,my brother sent an e-mail to KCC
informing them about change in mailing address.Will it cause any problem during interview or visa application(may be, KCC has the new address but the
Consulate does not received the change of address letter).
My brother wants me to immigrate with him.Can he file a petition for me at the same during his visa interviewing and submisssion of form.
What he or I should do if it is possible then....
Please help me...

diversity visa brings immediate family only

diversity visa will permit your brother's wife and children to come with him. Not his brother.

He will not be able to file a visa petition for you until after he becomes a US citizen, 5+ years after he becomes a permanent resident.

Then you will have to wait for a visa to become available in your classification as brother to US citizen: watch the visa bulletin.

and yes, the address change can cause problems in processing of the diversity visa. all processing MUST be completed prior to September 31 of the calendar year!
