Help! Missed FP. What to do?

Hi all, we just got a FP notice minutes ago from mailbox. It's from NSC to my 10 years old daughter. The problem is that it's 5:30pm now and the appointment was 9:00am this morning (2/28/2007). :( Apparently, we have missed this appointment. Any one knows what shall we do next? re-schedule? I called my legal and they suggested we just walk in tomorrow morning. Is this ok?

We submit all our i485 cases the same day last Oct. Both me and my spouse already took FP in Nov 15 last year. Don't know why my daughter's FP notice was so late and why they even gave FP to a 10 years old. We totally unexpected this. :(

Thanks, Armie. Is it common for USCIS to request kid taking FP? I read some posts on this forum kids usually do not need FP.
 
Just walk in to ASC in the morning. Explain about the situation, hopefully they will take the FP. If you try to reschedule, it may be delayed.

What is the Code # on the FP notice ??
Maybe it is just to capture her picture ??

I know that 10 yr old would not normally get a Code 1 (full 10 fingerprints)

Just walk-in to the ASC like others have said asap.
 
We walked in to ASC this morning and they rescheduled us to the coming Saturday. Also, the notice is for Code 2. I asked the guy there and he told me that's for picture and one finger print. Thanks, guys.
 
On the notice there is Reschedule checkbox, you can check it and send. Got another one scheduled after 10 days wait. (Those wise guys originally scheduled me for Saturday.)
