Help me Please...RFE from LABOR Dept

Hi,

I had applied for 7th year extention, with out the proof of labor pending.I received a query (RFE) in this regard, my lawyer had requested for the same with NJ labor dept. but it is almost 8weeks has gone till now I had not received,and my last date to answer the query is approaching.I am very much tensed...........PLEASE suggest me.

---Your lawyer who filed LC in NJ can contact NJ SESA Trenton. Send fax or talk to them on phone? They will send receipt of LC fining in 5-7 days.

I don't think your lawyer is very competent.....

How could he/she file your 7th year without LC filing receipt ?!?! - that's just basic required documentation.
Don't use him/her further in the GC process.
