I just became a US Citizen and would like to get my spouse and kids who are living abroad.

I know that I need to file an I-130 form for my spouse and one each for my kids.

Since my kids are just 3 and 5 years old, Do I still need to submit a G-325A form for them?

Also, Can I place all the I-130 forms of my spouse and kids including the supporting documents in just one envelope?

Thanks.

have you researched the possibility of direct consular filing with the country they live in? it may be faster that way.

I-130

No do not just place them in an envelope. I have done thousands of these and it is best to have help from an experienced immigraiton paralegal so that your family gets here as soon as possible. For a free consult call 410-404-6813
