Help in Applying (I130+ I 485)GC for wife

Please let me know how to proceed.

I have green card for the past `18 months. 6 monhts back i got married in india and i came on GC and my wife on F1. I want to apply for I130 for my wife .

I am from India.

1. Can i apply for I130 if my wife is a student
2. Can i apply I130 and I 485 together for my wife.
3. If case 2 is not possible how long it will take to apply I 485.
4. is there any link how to do it ourselves.
5. I am really in tough situation financially to go through lawyer as i have already spent so much on my green card.
