Help? I-485 applied for with I-131 AND I-765 concerns

I have my I=130 approved because it was filed seperately.

Now I am applying for my I-485 with my I-131 (employemnet authorization) and I-765 (travel/parole doc) as allowed by USCIS now.

Do you guys know if I may get the I-765 TRAVEL Doc, B4 the I-485 is completed and approved. I got my I-130 thru my husband a U.S citizen, how long will my I-485 take and will there still be another interview for the green card?

Please help with any possible clues and suggestions

Once you file AOS/I 485 you are eligible to apply EAD I 765 and Advanced Parole I -131.

EAD & Advanced Parole once applied USCIS must take decision (Approval or denial) with in 90 days after Finger prints.

I 485 may take more time, you have to go for personal interview. But all happens withing 180 days.

I know that the USCIS advices that if you travel on travel doc there are still chances of having issues upon re-entry. how often does this type of thing occur? I want to go home in Jan 2008.

My asylum case (which was later dismissed because i got married) was refered to a judge whom will eventually approve my greencard, anyone familiar with this? i heard that since my marriage I-130 was approved my interview will be waived by the judge.
Any Clue Thx? Help
