HELP! How can we get a Visa?!

Hello everyone!
My question is regarding my cousin. She moved here to the US when she was 13 with an F1 student visa which carried her all the way through her first year of college. However, her visa was cancelled because she failed one of her classes, which I guess was one of the requirements to keep her student visa status.

She has not had any legal papers for 4-5 years now. My family has looked all over for ways to help her but it pretty much has boiled down to a family member requesting a visa for her but she does not qualify for that because the only relatives she has here are my mom (her aunt), my dad (her uncle) and me (cousin), all citizens and our grandma, a legal resident. The only other way we see for her to legilize her situation is marrying her bf, a citizen, but they want to wait a couple more years because they do not want to marry out of convenience but out of love.

Would she have any other options? She's been here for over 14 years now and she really doesn't want to have to leave the country that she loves so much and that for over half her life has been "home" to her.

Since she was on F1 she might be out of status but not unlawfully present, so she MIGHT not have earned the 10 year bar yet and MIGHT be able to get an immigrant visa based on an approved I-130 petition. Get a good attorney. Marrying her bf would be a lot easier and safer though and she wouldn't have to leave the US to get the GC.
