I am in a small bind. Me and my fiance filed our k1 petition about 6 months ago, but we have decided to cancel it for person reasons. The Petition has already been forwarded to the Embassy in BANGKOK. Today, I sent letters and copies of all paperwork to the NVC & Bangkok to cancel the petition. Is it that simple? And how long do you think, before it is wiped from all databases.

We Still Date, but we are too young to get married. My GF has a 10 year b2 visa. If she comes here in July, to spend time with me, will the Port Of Entry, see that we canceled or k1 visa and deny her entry? This is a big worry for me.

Your previous entries will not create any issues for your further visits provided you explain it in a better way to the consular. It might not lead to any denials.

I do not think that your applying and then cancelling of K1 visa will have any effect on your girlfriend's b2. In future, try to avoid this kind of issue. Plan well before you file in your application.

In that your relationship is continuing, she could encounter extra questioning as to her "immigrant intent" upon her next entry and perhaps after that. As to what information CBP will have, they will know about the prior petition. IF she should try to hide it then that would be misrepresentation which would bar entry and cause cancellation of her B-2 visa.

HINT: IF she tries to enter as a "tourist" but brings all her vital records (birth certs, resume, degrees, etc...) that will look like she is intending to overstay the visa.
