Help! H1B revalidation stamping refused.

Today my brother's visa stamping which was filed on feb2nd was refused by chennai consulate as the photo was not the way they had mentioned.

In such case will they just ask him to send the photos again and do stamping as early as possible?

Or

Will he be refused in total and he has to go thru the whole dropbox process from scratch and wait for another 20 days?

Anyone had the same problem?

If so what can be done do expediate the stamping process? (besides sending the correct photos which he is about to do on monday)

He's sending the photos on monday.

How long will it take after that to get his stamping?

He's needed at work very badly as he's already lost 2 weeks of work cuz of stamping delay
