Help H1 transfer :initated in Dec'04

I have applied for a H1 transfer in Dec and have not heard anything from INS.

Not even the RFE .Had called INS twice they have expedited the process but nothing else ...

Does the preimum doing at this stage after 6 months would be any help ?

My lawyer says since I am not comp grad. Premium would not be useful as it will lead to RFE.My my H1 3 yrs ago was done using premium but we never got any RFE.

Is anyone in the soup ?

Friends , i would be thankful if someone had a similar expereince or is in same delimma can share her/his information.

Yes, this is done at Vermont center ..
 
My first H1 is still valid. I applied for my second H1 in companyB, now the second H1 got rejected. Please guide me. Will my first H1 is still valid and can i stay with that?????????

Yes, you can continue to work on first H1. Do you know what cause this rejection. (Your fault or Comp B fault)
