where are you at this time? in US or out of USA?

i am overstay from visitor's visa.
US employer cant file H1 visa for you as you are staying illegaly in USA if employer file will be rejected. I dont know when your I-94 expired and you may be subject to ban. if I-94 expired less than 180 days go out of US.

When did your I-94 expire?

i actually dont know. Sent passport for renewal and they say they "didnt" take the 1-94 card out. but it was stapled to the passport page as you can see the holes. So i dont know for sure when it expires. Where can i get another i-94? do i have to request it with an shit to address from where i live (foreign country) or i can use address where i live(usa) right now? thanks a lot guys.

Earlier you posted that you are in US and overstated your US visitor visa. If you know that you have stayed beyond the admitted till xxxxxxx then your stay is illegal in US. You posted that you have renewed your passport. If you were in US on visitor visa it means you renewed your passport from embassy or consulate of your country in US. Embassy/consulate doesn’t take your I-94.
Check the stamp on your passport that you got when you were admitted at US airport and placed stamp in passport. That stamp has information till what date you can stay as visitor in US. What is the date on passport stamp? Till what date you were allowed to be in US as visitor? (Don’t post that you also lost the old passport that had stamp).
****** FYI you don’t get the I-94 beyond your Passport expiry date. The date your passport expired your I-94 may expired on same date.
