I came to U.S with F1 student visa on August 19th, 2009.
I want to stay here and get a green card. I am a serious Christian.
But back in my country the government doesn't want real Christianity to
exist. The official church is controlled by the government.
We've always been doing the secret family church, and I think we were
on the black list because I was once arrested by the cops when we were
praying in our temporary church.
I checked the immigration law and I think I meet the requirements for
political asylum.
So how good do you guys think my chances are to win the suit?
I found online that I should fill out the application in one year to get the best chance to win the suit. So today is August the 5th, I only left 14 days to fill it out.
But also I found that people said the time period with the valid visa doesnt count to one year's regulation. So i am confused. Should I speed up or not?
