Help!Expired Ad.Parole w. Pending I-485

Hello,

1) We all travelled on expired advance parole with pending I-485 out of the US.

2) There was a stamp on the document "PAROLLED UNTIL" which has a validity date more than the Parole Document validity date due to last travel..

3) Unfortunately I misinterpreted the stamp and used the "NEW EXTENDED DATE " to travel outside the US .

4)I got my approval and was able to renter using deferred inspection. I got my Green card stamped on the passport .

5)My family is stuck as they cannot enter US since we misunderstood the stamp on the Document and the passport.

The only option available for me is to file Consular processing for my family in India .

1) Does anybody have any suggestion as to how I can be reunited with my family ?
2) For CP ,does anybody have suggestions to expedite the process for my family ?

Since the marriage took place before I485 approval, it should not take longer than the necessary time. There is a AC140 procedure which can utilise the time spent in 485 to be counted (there by expediting the CP process) towards the total processing time. At least now consult a lawyer and proceed.

If you do not mind could you outline steps needed .I need to know this information so that I can discuss this with my attorney ( sounds strange isn't it .)

I have been to several websites for CP which do give the steps , but in my case I would like to know specific steps. and the time it will take .

For eg.
Step 1 : File form I-824 ( each dependent)-
is this required ? can
this be expedited ? how long this would take to get it
approved and for the NVC to transfer my case to the consulate?
