The Situation:
My Mother in Law is a permanent resident here in the U.S.
She has a 15 year old son in the Philippines who is currently being taken care of her 27 year old son. Her 27 year old son is married and is expecting a second child in 3 months. He is currently unemployed and is planning to move to Saudi to work and send money for support. His wife is moving to be able to support her two kids. Now no one is left to take care of the 15 year old. My mother in law already has a petition for her 15 year old son to come here to the U.S. The priority date of that petition is September 2009. What are her options to get her 15 year old son her to the U.S. quickly?
